Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it. Anything additional in the packaging besides apparel will have to be returned in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. This also applies for defected items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Contact us at email@example.com and we will respond within 24-48 hours after doing our research to make sure we have done everything possible on our end.
Don't forget to also check with your banking and credit card institutions to see if anything is pending and get information on their refund process.
Sale items (if applicable)
During Regular Pricing Seasons (Random Sales)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are final.
During Promotional/ Holiday Seasons
Items purchased during promotional/Holiday Seasons are eligible for exchange as long as the promotion is still running.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within this email please state that you need a return address and one will be sent to you.
If the item you are exchanging happens to be out of stock you will be notified and your item will be shipped out as soon as they are back in stock.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item but you will be notified once we receive it.
